Based on our experience, these are recommended partners in the BDSM, SM, and fetish scenes. Unfortunately, we can only list some of the major players to a limited extent, as we’ve had some negative experiences with them. We mention platforms, clubs, and shops only for the sake of completeness, since the much-vaunted tolerance there often approaches zero.
A friendly, open-minded, and honest relationship—based on good or basic manners—is very rare. That’s why we can’t stress enough how important it is to get to know each other in person (in public).
PLATFORMS (Internet)
JOYclub has now become one of the largest platforms on the market.
IMPORTANT: Women receive a free “Premium Light” membership when they sign up.
Website:

The Joyclub
It’s one of the major dating sites—largely free of fake profiles—and offers a wealth of information, workshops, groups, forums, and dating opportunities. Among others, couples exploring a wide variety of interests—such as eroticism, sex, fetishes, BDSM, and lifestyle—are active here. Many people use JOYclub to make sure they don’t miss events, to register easily, and to take advantage of JC discounts.
Of particular note are the numerous groups from all walks of life, with forums and the like, as well as the tutorials and informational events.
Due to the way members are treated—especially in the forums—we can only recommend it to a limited extent. However, it’s definitely worth checking out with a free account.

The Sadomasochism Chat
It’s a very comprehensive platform with a very fair pricing policy (lifetime membership). Unfortunately, there are more and more fake accounts popping up there. We’re listing it here in second place because of the “General Chat”—in this chat, there’s the DIAG on the right side, where hundreds of members chat with each other every day.

For fans of BDSM and fetish, the well-attended “Pure BDSM Playnight” events—held every last Sunday of the month—and the “Pure BDSM Playnight—Friday Edition” have become the top choice in Hamburg, because the play here is still truly passionate, pleasurable, and empathetic.
In the basement and, to some extent, upstairs in the bar area, you’ll find everything you need for a fulfilling session, such as gym chairs, cages, St. Andrew’s crosses, a punishment rack, a lounging area, etc., as well as a few punishment instruments. You can play anywhere at Kow2, and a respectful “May I?” is usually very welcome.
Please check the Kow2 website for information on the dress code and house rules.
